SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
- ₱100 flat-rate for orders up to 1kg
- ₱50 flat-rate for orders over 1kg and up to 2kg
- Free shipping for orders above 2kg (Applicable to coffee pouch orders)
How long will my delivery take?
- Cebu, Manila, and Davao: Most beans (except Mt. Apo and Sultan Kudarat) are delivered within 4 hours.
- Davao only: Mt. Apo and Sultan Kudarat beans are also delivered within 4 hours.
- Other locations: Delivery takes 5-7 business days.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses located in Davao, Cebu, and Manila. Orders are dispatched from the location closest to the customer whenever possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we do. However, some warehouses may be closed on weekends.
Any 'same-day' orders made after 12pm will be delivered next day.
Any 'same day' orders made on off hours such as weekends or holidays will be delivered the next working day
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your beans, we'll gladly replace them. We honor returns under reasonable circumstances. However, we reserve the right to decline service in cases of suspected abuse.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we provide refunds for products that do not meet customer expectations—again, within reasonable and fair grounds.

Where are your beans roasted?
We roast in two locations: Davao and Manila.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale is our core business. We work with cafes, restaurants, and hospitality groups to tailor coffee programs that meet the needs of their specific markets.
